A wrinkled face is not a good look, but it can’t be avoided as you are growing older, and the years catch up with you. But don’t be too worry, as a new set of exercises called facial yoga offered to turn back the time, give back your face to its smooth, youthful prime, without a scalpel in sight. Facial exercises including yoga facial exercise are given for face muscles to remove wrinkles and to tighten sagging skin. These yoga facial exercises can enlighten your face, as you can improve your facial skin by simple exercises without the need of any medicines.

Exercise Your Face with Facial Yoga

A facial yoga exercise is the face exercise based on yogic rules, which is believed that this exercise can do a magically facelift that can tone can tone facial muscles and smooth the skin of the face. This kind of facial exercises are designed to regenerate the 57 muscles in the face and the neck may increase blood circulation, release tension, which is also mean it will reduce your stress, restore a radiant, youthful and glowing face. You can do this facial exercise alone in your house, so you don’t need much money for plastic surgery to return your face in its prime, youthful look. If you regularly and patiently apply this kind of exercise to tour face, be ready for the result given by it, your face will appear brighter and younger, erasing fine lines and wrinkles.

All you have only to do is just to spend 15 minutes each day to do all the facial exercises. The facial exercises exercising will tighten your sagging skin. The main point in doing such facial exercises is to increase blood circulation to your face’s muscles and to improve and strengthen muscle tone.

Here are some exercises that can you do for your face:
- The spinx smile: this exercise will get rid of your smile lines.
How to do: Smile by lifting the corners of your mouth up and across but keep your eyes neutral. Repeat it for three or four times.
- The Satchmo: The satchmo will keep your cheeks firms.
How to do: Just puff of both of your cheeks with the air, then transfer the air from cheek to cheek. Alternate from side to side until you are out of breath. Do it for three times.
- Marilyn: this kind of exercise will keep lips strong.
How to do: keep your brow smooth and blow kisses. Repeat this four times, then press lips to your first two fingers. Do this for three or four times.
- Surprise me: this exercise will smooth your wrinkled brow.
How to do: widen your eyes without wrinkling your brow, then on a point on the horizon for five to ten seconds. Repeat this exercise 4 times.
- Smiling fish face: it will firm and tone your cheeks and lips.
How to do: Just smile while slightly pursing your lips. Withdraw and pinch your cheeks into the hollows of your face as you do so. Do at least five times.
- Puppet face: it may lift lines between your nose and lips.
How to do: Smile and press your fingertips into the crease between your nose and lips. Lift muscles up and press fingertips on the area for resistance. Do this for 20-30 times.
- Lion face: Lion face will stretch your facial muscles and release tension.
How to do: inhale through nose, make fists and squeeze face muscles. Exhale through mouth, stick out tongue, roll ayes and open hands. Repeat three times.
- Bumble Bees: it will work in your cheeks, lips, and jaw.
How to do: Inhale through nose, and make a chewing sound. Vibrate the sound “mmmm” through nose as you exhale and chew. Repeat for four breaths.
- Baby birds: Baby birds will firm your jaw, neck and shoulder muscles.
How to do: Tilt your head back. Then swallow and press your tongue to the roof of your mouth. Tilt your head to the left and swallow then to the right. Repeat four times each way.
